I run again. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday you can find me huffing and puffing, sweating and plodding along on the treadmill at the gym. I'm really not sure why I do it. I could walk. I could hang out on the elliptical. I could do the stair master. I could simply completely avoid cardio, but I don't. I run. Slowly. Asthmatically. But I do it. I've learned through trial and error that I must listen to music, at least if I want to enjoy myself. The right kind of song can get me into a runners high. The wrong type, the whole exercise is just a drag. Currently these are the songs I listen to when I need to jump start my workout....

AND MY NUMBER ONE RUNNERS HIGH SONG.......Wild Ones. Sometimes if I'm having a really hard morning I'll just play this song the entire time to keep me motivated.
Anyone else have some good songs to run to? I'm obviously in need of a few more :)
